Construction of 31,000 square foot facility to give cardiologists and their support staff the space needed to consolidate services that had previously been in three different locations.
Mechanical System consisted of a full scale boiler plant, with hot water baseboard, and reheats. The air side system consisted of multiple air handling units, a full variable air volume system and a fully air conditioned facility.
