Project Scope
Construction of a 12,000 sq. ft. two story building with a 1,560 sq. ft. community room on the second floor. The Mechanical system consists of two Lochinvar natural gas condensing boilers with radiant heat on both floors, reheat coils and air handling units. The walkway outside has a snow melt system. The air side consists of two air handlers and a full variable air volume system.
